TKMA NEW STUDENT INFORMATIONWe welcome all new students, aged 5 and above. We have children, teens and adults training with us. Everyone can improve flexibility, fitness, confidence, self-defence, awareness, concentration and their mental health through the process of learning martial arts skills and techniques. Our code is to practice our skills within a safe and respectful environment. Accidents do happen, but not very often and rarely are they significant. We take safety of students very seriously. New students should wear comfortable clothing appropriate for exercising – track pants or shorts and a t shirt, no shoes. |
